RETURNS POLICY

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from original purchase. Returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Installed or used parts can not be accepted for return. Please email info@vassagocycles.com for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.

Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to the sender.

With the exception of shipping errors on our part and defective product, all returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price, and return shipping the the responsibility of the sender.
