WARRANTY POLICY

Vassago Bicycles will warranty all frames for material defects and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase for the original owner only. This warranty is subject to approval by Vassago Cycles and is only valid for frames damaged under normal use. This warranty does not extend to abuse of the frame beyond the intended purpose. It does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear.  Should the frame be determined to be defective by Vassago Cycles, Vassago will repair or replace the frame at Vassago’s sole discretion. 

This warranty is void if the Vassago product was not purchased from an authorized Vassago dealer, was purchased through an inventory reduction sale, was provided as a discounted promotional item, or was a surplus/blemished frame. Team frames are not covered under the standard Vassago warranty. Please make sure you know what you are buying - if you have questions we ask you email us before purchasing the product!

This warranty applies to 2012 and newer Vassago Bicycles branded product. Any other original part or component shall be covered by the stated warranty of the original manufacturer.

Sender is responsible for return shipping and handling fees.

If you have a problem with your frame, please email us at info@vassagocycles.com. We will make every effort to repair/replace a warranty claim as timely as possible and keep you feeling the Vassago love.

CRASH REPLACEMENT

Stuff happens and bikes break! Vassago's crash replacement is a no questions asked program (however we are always up for a good story). If you render your frame useless in one of a million different ways - shoot us an email and we will work with you to offer a discounted frame and get you rolling again - it's that simple!
